  • Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as a singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.

  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.

  • Communicate and present information about all contracts-related matters.

  • Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension and renewal according to what’s best for the company.

  • Create spreadsheets to track important customer information.

  • Transfer date from hard copy to digital format.

  • Update important information in database.

  • Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.

  • Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.

  • Perform regular database backups to secure data.

  • Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.

  • Review data for deficiencies or errors.

  • Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.

Event Planner and Costumer

Event Planning

  • Assist in securing best venue for event after considering the event’s budget, purpose and the pedigree of the expected guest.

  • Ensure all vendors are in compliance with the event’s needs (if vendors are included in event).

  • Secure appropriate entertainment for the event considering the purpose of the event, expected guest, budget, etc.

  • Ensure food & drinks are adequate and qualitative.

  • Make certain that merchandise for the event are adequately supplied.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Ensure the events host is less cumbersome.

  • Prepare financial report on the event.

  • Provide client with copy of the final financial report for the event.
